SK Gaming Avarosa relegated to the Prime League Division 4
Rough split for the female League of Legends team of SK Gaming
SK Gaming Avarosa, the female League of Legends team of SK Gaming, has been relegated to the Prime League Division 4 following a defeat to Neko Elite in the Division 3-4 Playoffs.
Prime League is the official European Regional League for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). It consists of 8 divisions. For the 2025 Spring Split, SK Avarosa competed in Group 4 (out of 4) of the Prime League Division 3. They scored 0-12, finishing in 7th place. This meant participating in the Division 3-4 Playoffs, where the bottom Division 3 & the top Division 4 teams fight over spots for next split’s Division 3. They were relegated after a defeat in the lower bracket semifinal.
SK Gaming Avarosa’s results in the Prime League Division 3-4 Playoffs:
Upper bracket Round 1: 1-2 defeat to Glacial Guardians
Lower bracket Round 1: 2-0 victory over Engines Stuttgart Academy
Lower bracket quarterfinal: 2-1 victory over Jumping Dragons
Lower bracket semifinal: 0-2 defeat to Neko Elite

I went into this Team full heartedly expecting that we would easily stay in the League and going for more and more each Split.
And yea, I was wrong. We were not good enough.

Everyone is for sure at a Level Individually where they can play Division 3 but we as a Team still have a long way to go.
SK Gaming Avarosa are expected to compete in the upcoming Prime League Division 4 split, starting on the 22nd of May. Later on, they are also expected to compete in the upcoming Equal Esports Cup, the official EMEA region tournament for women & non-binary people.
