G2 Hel score another win in the Swedish 1st division as Caltys returns to the starting lineup
How many more wins can they get before the end of the split?
After scoring their first wins in the Svenska Onlineligan Division 1 last week, G2 Hel, the female League of Legends team of G2 Esports, have scored another one this week. Their match vs Asini finished as a 1-1 draw.
This match saw the return of Caltys to the G2 Hel starting lineup. She missed 5 out of 6 previous Onlineligan games, with G2 Hel coach Emtest subbing in. In the 1st game, G2 Hel were defeated after 32 minutes, with Asini botlaner Wetter winning Player of the Game for his 2/1/11 performance on Ezreal. In the 2nd game, G2 Hel got the win in a back-and-forth epic that ended after 46 minutes. G2 Hel midlaner Sha, playing Cassiopeia, won the Player of the Game award.
G2 Hel now have a 3-13 record. They are confirmed to finish in 10th (last) place regardless of results in the last two games, as the 9th-placed teams (Fritt Fall, LEO Esports) have a 6-9 record. Asini how have a 9-7 record, tied for 3rd place with Karolinerna.
G2 Hel’s final match for the Svenska Onlineligan Division 1 regular season is scheduled for Saturday the 13th October at 18:30 CEST. Their opponents are Karolinerna, who were relegated from the Northern LoL Championship Division 2 together with G2 Hel last split.
